Hindu Samhati Fact finding Team reports from Rampurhat : They are the sons of the soil in this Birbhum district of West Bengal. They are Hindu tribal people. They have lived in this region since time immemorial. They used to live here in peace with the forest as their neighbour. They are not ambitious. They are not greedy. Their need is meager. They are hardworking. Their only assets are the neighbouring forests and their hard labour. Here the land is rocky and the yield is very little. And they were satisfied with it. They owned this rocky land.


This rocky land turned a curse for them. Of course 2 additional factors contributed in this curse:


(1) their innocence and (2) growing demand of stone and stone chips for our urban civilization. Especially the roads and real estate industry.


So the greedy men came from the cities and towns and converted the rocks and the land into quarries. They set up Stone Crushers for making stone chips to be transported to cities and towns. The environment of the area changed. The clear sky became covered with stone dust. This dust smothered the crops. The tribal people lost their livelihood. Hence they were compelled to take up jobs in those quarries and crushers as labourers.


Their harmony with nature was lost. Consumption of alcohol increased. Various diseases including Tuberculosis due to stone dust affected their health. Their social fabric got strained.


The work for the owners for those quarries and stone crushers was not easy. Because, according to the law of our country, the Tribal people’s land are not saleable to non tribals, the nature of forest land is inconvertible. Moreover, obtaining clearance from Pollution Control Board is almost impossible fulfilling all its conditions. So, the owners opted for illegal methods of fraudulence and bribing the govt. officers. 20-30 years back, Sindhi people were owners of these units. Slowly they made way for the Muslims in this business. These Muslim owners proved to be much more efficient in this fraud and all types of illegal and immoral methods. Hence the business increased manifold in their hand. Now there are about 150 quarry and 1200 stone crushers in the whole of Birbhum district. Ninety percent of those are owned by Muslims. Among those, only 35 quarries and 231 crushers are licensed.


These owners brought Muslim managers, labour supervisors and a large number of Muslim labourers from nearby Murshidabad district. In Mohammadbazar block, one noted antisocial Seikh Kamaal Khan took the lead. Once upon a time, a petty criminal Kamaal Khan now owns at least 3 quarries and a number of stone crushers, of course by all fraudulent and illegal means. Local people believe that this Kamaal Khan is in regular contact with ISI of Pakistan.


These Muslim owners, managers, supervisors and labour contractors set their greedy eyes on the healthy tribal women and girls. It was really difficult for the poor tribal people to protect the honour of their womenfolk from the lust of these rich and powerful Muslims. It is most unfortunate but true that all concerned govt. and police officers take illegal money from these Muslims. So, the administration put a blind eye to these atrocities. For these hapless tribal people, in the words of Rabindranath Tagore “bicharer bani nirabe nibhrite kande”.


The tribals were fuming.


Moreover, the huge stock of explosives, which are used to blast the rocks, often creates unwanted explosions killing innocent tribal people and damaging the houses (in fact huts) of the poor tribals. On 5 February, a huge explosion in Kamaal Khan’s quarry damaged many houses of the tribal people in vicinity. When they protested, Khan brought criminals from outside to hurl bombs on those protesters to make them silent. This time the tribal people were not cowed down because their backs had been pushed to wall. So, they offered resistance to these criminals and their backer Kamaal Khan. Then only, the govt. administration had been compelled to intervene and shut down that illegal quarry of Khan.


To save the honour of the women, the leaders of the tribal community made some rules to be obeyed by all. One such rule is : no outsider will enter in any tribal locality after 6 pm. The reason is obvious. But many loose character Muslims were not inclined to obey the restriction. One Bashirul Sheikh of Muslim dominated Kapasdanga village was one of them.
Despite repeated warnings, he ventured regularly in one tribal village Baromasia at night. On 19 April at 12 midnight, when he was involved in immoral act, Debu Soren allegedly hit upon his shoulder with an axe. Bashirul died on the spot.


Later on Bashirul’s body was recovered by police. After post mortem it was handed over to the crusher owner. The Muslim owners and the Owners’ Association fully controlled by the Muslims thought, enough is enough. It will be difficult for them to run the units and make profit if the tribals are not taught a lesson. Moreover, they are absolutely unwilling to stop sexually exploiting the tribal women as if it is their birth right. Therefore they planned the strategy. They brought a large number of Muslim criminals from outside. On 22 April, they took out a huge procession in the name of ‘condolence procession’ through the tribal villages. Most unfortunately, the Muslim labourers joined the sinister design of the Owners’ Association, no need to mention for their community affinity. Police was informed. They were there.


It did not turn out to be a ‘condolence procession’. It was a pistol wielding rampaging procession. It passed through 6 tribal villages. The rampaging processionists looted all the 6 villages at gunpoint. There were very little to loot. So, they were not satisfied. Hence they sprinkled petrol on the mud houses and burnt those houses down. They beat up and tortured the hapless villagers and molested the women. They also plundered the livestock of the poor tribals. In Sagarbandi village, Dhatu Hembrom deposited Rs. 12,000 for his daughter’s marriage. The whole amount was looted by the rampaging Muslim mob. The villages were Sagarbandi, Chanda, Pachami, Natungram, Mothrapahari and Harmadanga. To save their lives, all villagers fled away. One Motilal Maddi, aged 40 plus, could not escape. He was brutally killed stoned to death. His brother Mangal Maddi and Kabiraj Murmu were seriously injured. And all these happened in front of police. It should be mentioned here that the Muslim owners of these illegal units are protected by the ruling CPIM. Hence police was mute spectator.


About 3000 tribal villagers had to flee fearing for their life. Many tribals are still missing. When the Hindu Samhati team visited the affected area on 26 April, they saw some villagers were returning.


After this massacre, the tribal people put up a strong resistance. They formed groups with their traditional weapons, i.e., machetes, axes and bow and arrows. They attacked the quarries and stone crushers. Now, all the Muslim labourers and owners and management staff fled away. At least half a dozen of them were killed in flight by arrows. According to Sunil Soren and Rabin Soren of Birbhum Aadibasi Gaunta, two Muslim miscreants Kalu Seikh and Anarul Seikh were killed trying to make bombs.


Now the situation is tense. The battle line is clearly drawn. Non tribal Hindus of the area are in full sympathy with the tribals’ struggle for self respect. They are lending their helping hand to the tribals despite the losses incurred by them for closure of the units. On the other side are all the Muslim owners, staff, labourers and local Muslim villagers. The corrupt govt. officers are on their (Muslim) side.


Now the situation is extremely tense. All the quarry and crusher units are closed and empty. As the houses of the tribals have been burnt and looted, relief camps and community kitchens have been put up. Groups of armed tribal youths are guarding all tribal villages and entry points round the clock. The area of tribal agitation is expanding everyday because the problems are similar everywhere.


Mainly 3 organisations are leading the agitation – ‘Birbhum Aadibasi Gaunta’, ‘Adibasi Raksha Mancha’ and ‘Majhi Pargana Daichi’. Hindu Samhati team visited the area, distributed medicine and assured the tribal leaders of all kind of help.


It should be mentioned here that, though Birbhum is not a border district, its Muslim population crossed 35 percent in 2001 (0 – 6 year age group Muslim children population was 41.15%). In Mohammadbazar block, the Muslim population was 29.03% in 2001. What signal comes out of 2011 census, it is yet to be seen. In this district, Nalhati and Muraroi blocks have already turned Muslim majority.


Apart from Kamaal Khan, Nazir Hussain Mallik, Musharraf Khan, Salauddin, Azim Seikh, etc. organized the attack on tribals.

KOLKATA: The city has been put on a high alert over chances of a terror strike by the Indian Mujahideen after the police received “information from a very credible source,” Kolkata Police officers said here on Thursday.

“We have received information from a very credible source of the intention of a terror strike, which is why we want the public to be on alert,” said Joint Commissioner of Police (Headquarters) Jawed Shamim.

About rumours that Netaji Subhas Chandra Bose International Airport and the Kali temple in Kalighat might be the likely targets of an attack, Mr. Shamim said the police had not received any specific information about possible locations.

“So far we know about their intent to do something. The details of their plans, how far they have progressed, and if they have brought explosives or weapons into the city is not known,” Mr. Shamim said.

With the terror alert in mind, the discovery of an abandoned briefcase on a thoroughfare during the day raised an alarm.

However, the briefcase was later found to belong to a businessman from whom it was stolen earlier in the day.

While the city is on high alert, the Kolkata Police's Special Task Force and Detective Department are working round the clock to prevent an attack by attempting to neutralise the sleeper cells of the Indian Mujahideen in the city.

About two months ago six industrialists had received extortion calls from a person claiming to be calling on behalf of Indian Mujahideen chief Amir Reza Khan and asking them to pay up crores failing which they would be abducted.

It is possible that the extortion calls might be connected to the threat, Mr. Shamim said.

Major installations secured

Meanwhile, the West Bengal Government has decided to step up security at all major installations in the State. State Home Secretary Ardhendu Sen told reporters at the Secretariat that specific inputs have been received on the city airport being targeted.

Asked whether the threat had come from the Indian Mujahideen, he declined to take any names, just saying : “We are stepping up security at all major installations.”

Earlier, State Director-General of Police Bhupinder Singh said most aspects of airport security like access control and security of the perimeter area were under the Central Industrial Security Force.

Responding to a question whether there was any reason at this juncture for terrorists targeting the State, hitherto considered a safe haven for terrorists, Mr Singh said he could think of no particular reason

To a question on new areas of the State coming under operation of the Left-wing extremists, he said the proximity of bordering districts like Birbhum made it easy for the rebels to make inroads into the State.

Suri: Four person were killed and several were injured in a clash at several Hindu tribal-dominated villages in Birbhum’s Mohammad Bazaar, the heart of the stone mining belt, on Thursday, the 22nd April,2010.

A mob, reportedly backed by the local stone crushers and mine owners (all Muslims), launched an attack on the Hindu villages early in the morning. The attack was reportedly in retaliation to the killing of a corrupt Muslim stone crusher supervisor on Monday.

The Hindu villages have seen simmering tension for the past couple of months, with villagers alleging that poor tribals were exploited and their land snatched away by the Muslims in the stone-crushing industry. They had also been complaining that villagers were often injured during blasting in stone mines. Also, there has been rampant compalints of Hindu women being attacked and assaulted by Muslim activists along the whole mining belt in West Bengal and Jharkhand.

On Monday night, a supervisor of a stone crushing unit, Basirul Seikh (50, an Muslim and known Hindu baiter), was killed by a group of villagers at Talbandi. Though Basirul worked in a stone product company, he recently procured a plot of land to set up a stone mine in the area. His brother, Jamirul, alleged that his elder brother was summoned to resolve a dispute over the plot with some locals. He reached the house of one Debu Hansda, with whom he was acquainted. Suddenly, a group of armed villagers attacked Basirul and hacked him to death. Both the brothers were involved in various anti-social activities and often conspired with Muslims in the area to torture and molest local Hindu tribal women.

Early on Thursday morning, thousands of people — labourers and villagers backed by stone crushing unit owners — gathered at a place near Sagarbandhi village, said police. The heavily armed mob rushed to Talbandhi and Sagarbandhi, which is dominated by Santhal tribals. More than 100 thatched houses were set on fire, people were dragged out of their homes and beaten up mercilessly and bombs hurled indiscriminately. Women were molested and raped, children were not spared.

Though it took some time for the initial shock to go away, the tribal Hindu victims — numbering thousands — regrouped and started attacking the nearby stone crusher units, many of them owned by Muslim mining mafia bosses. A weighbridge and some crushers were set ablaze. The situation was so tense that police could not enter the trouble zone initially. It was only after six hours that senior officers — District Magistrate Saumitra Mohan, DIG, Burdwan range, Jagmohan, SP Rabindranath Mukherjee and ASP Farhat Abbas — managed to get in with force backup.

The angry tribals surrounded them for some time. Two injured Hindu men — Mangala Murdi and Kabiraj Murmu, who received serious bomb injuries — were taken to Suri hospital in serious condition. A large team — including combat force and EFR jawans — was deployed in the area, but stray clashes continued to occur in some areas. The forces discovered the body of a Hindu villager, Motilal Tudu, from Sagarbandhi.

The media, too, was not allowed into the villages. A cameraperson who tried to enter was chased out. The District Magistrate said: “We are discussing the situation with villagers. The villagers are cooperating with us.” When asked whether they were encircled by the villagers, he denied it. According to sources, however, senior police officers and the DM were kept sitting under a tree in Sagarbandhi.

The District Magistrate said that they would distribute relief materials and that the district administration would help the villagers to reconstruct the destroyed homes. The district administration has called an all-party meeting at Suri on Thursday evening.

Najir Hossain Mallik (a known Islamist), the president of Panchami Stone Mines and Owners Association, said: “We, the owners, were not at all involved in the attack. We have requested the administration to bring back peace at any cost.” Mr. Mallik is known as ‘Mr Terror’ in the area and the non-Muslim crowd in the area has expressed serious concerns about this man and his unholy Islamic nexus.

Now it is established that the President of the “Panchmi Pathar Khadan Malik Samity”, Sk. Nazri Hossain Mallick had played a vindictive role to evacuate the tribal people of Pachmi and Bhanrkanta to establish an exclusive possession of Muslims over the entire stone-crushing business areas. So far the entire matter came to broad day-light and obviously in the face of retaliating tribal people, a Nazri Hossain Mallick is now trying a lot to cool the wrath of tribal people by abusing the role of Police and Administrations. But the tribal people have only the demand to punish the Muslim Opperessors in the incident of Panchmi and Bhanrkanta Mohammad Bazaar , Birbhum.

Among the death of four, Md. Bhanu Sk. and Md. Dilder Sk. were died in explosion at the time of bomb making. Other two, Md Jamirul Molla and Matilal Tudu’s body were found in a well. Perhaps the later two were stabbed in the communal clash found inevitable.

A fact finding team of lead by Tapan Ghosh, President Hindu Samhati along with Hindu Existence Monitoring Group have already rushed to the affected areas.

A huge rally of various Tribal hindu organization under the banner Adibasi Raksha Manch ( Forum for Protection of Tribal People) gave a demonstration to the the Sub Divisional Officer, Rampurhat with 12 point demands including protection of tribal women from sex-exploitation, health security of stone crusher workers, minimum wages, ban upon child labour, illegal stone crusher mills and out comer Mafia rackets causing harms to the local people, culture and enviorment.

The rally comprising Birbhum Adibasi Gaonta, Majhi Pargana Baisi Adibasi Sangathan, Adibasi Lok Samskriti Parisad, Adibasi Sramik Oikya and other tribal forums started from the village Tumbuni and the Rampurhat Town with their transitional tribal weapons like bow and arrow, spears and Tangi. Numbers of tribal women also participated in this rally. Tribal leader Surendra Tudu told before the press that the local Adminstrative and Police authority favoured the attackers upon the tribal villages and conspirators for the communal riots and registered the cases against the innocent tribal people very unjustifiably.

The HE Fact finding team reveals some truth that :

Mohammad Kamal Khan, his brothers and son along with Nazir Hossion Mallick ( both of them are Stone crusher mill owner i.e. khadan mallik and leaders of Mill Owner Associations) fomented the Muslims against Hindu Tribal people and lead directly the arson, looting and molestation in tribal villages.

At the time of rampage in Chanda Para, Nagram, Pamchmi, Kapasdanga, Talbandh, Sagarbandhi, the Police acted as mere on-lookers under a mysterious equation with the Crusher Owner Associations, dominated by communal Muslims.

The main Muslim culprits operated with logistic and other supports from Chandni Chak, Kolkata, Patna and Ranchi. These Muslim Mafias have strong Arabic – Islamic connections outside West Bengal also. The hands on trainer for bomb-making came from outside the locality.

The notorious anti-hindu Mahasweta Devi’s agents Birbhum are trying hard to establish the communal clash between Hindus and Muslims in the present case is nothing but an out-brust of owner-labour problem in Khadan areas. It is evident that the communal clash spread in the area after one Stone Trader and habitual persecutor (upon the tribal people and women) Basirul Shiek was hacked to death in the village Baromesia in first instance.

Section 144 is imposed in the entire Bhanrkata and adjacent areas. The around the clock own Tribal vigilance and protection groups in most of the affected tribal villages are being heckled by the police administration so far. But it is noticed that the Muslim preachers and anti-socials are gradually maneuvering the ares for further anti-tribal actions.

The interesting highlights of the Marxist Chief Minister’s announcement on Muslim job reservations are: The OBC reservation list in West Bengal currently includes both Hindus and Muslims. Muslims are now to be put under a separate list called Backward Muslim Community. The new inclusion will take OBC reservations in West Bengal from 7 per cent to 17 per cent.

KOLKATA: West Bengal Chief Minister, Buddhadeb Bhattacharjee’s announcement in Kolkata on February 8 that Muslim OBCs in the state would now get 10 per cent job quota as recommended by the Ranganath Misra Commission is, no doubt, an election gimmick to fool Muslim voters. This is evident from the fact that the Chief Minister announced his government’s policy decision on job reservations within minutes of the Left Front partners’ meeting ended at the CPM headquarters at Alimuddin Street in central Kolkata. It is a clear attempt to win back the support of Muslims before the Congress decides its stand on the controversial Ranganath Misra report placed before the UPA government. With a dwindling Muslim support base to the Left that led to serious election reverses in the 2009 Lok Sabha polls, the CPM and its Chief Minister could not afford to wait for the Centre’s decision. There are elections to 86 civic bodies slated for this year before the final electoral battle for 294 Assembly seats in the state early next year.

Moreover, there is a paradox in Chief Minister’s claim that the proposed reservation is not on the basis of religion but on the basis of poor economic conditions. At the same time he has announced that Muslim youths under the OBC category can apply for job quota if their family income is below Rs 37,500 per month. Is it not a contradictory statement of Marxist Bhattacharjee that a Muslim family earning Rs 37,500 per month, not annually, is economically weak and needs job reservation? Yes, even if one takes present economic conditions of people in India irrespective of their religions and faiths, it cannot be said that earning of Rs 37,500 per month is a small amount and needed government protection. No doubt, job reservation was announced by Buddhadeb Bhattacharjee with an eye on Muslim vote bank.

Dr Pravin Togadia, VHP secretary general, has rightly said that Andhra’s 4 per cent quota and West Bengal giving 10 per cent reservations to Muslims are not isolated incidents. They are well connected and are a part of a larger conspiracy against Hindus. This criminal conspiracy of looting Hindus is being hatched to please Muslim vote bank. At this moment, 78 per cent Hindu youths in India are unemployed. At least 79 per cent Hindu farmers have lost their land and crop. Yet, instead of helping them, Congress and Marxist governments are showering favours on Muslims. There is no denying the fact that such job reservations only encourage conversions to Islam.

In fact, while turning down a similar move by Andhra Chief Minister, K Rosaiah, a seven-judge bench of the state high court observed that the government’s offer of 4 per cent reservations to Muslims is "unscientific, religion specific and potentially encourage conversions". This is not the first time that Andhra government tried to provide education and job reservations to please Muslims in the state. The late Chief Minister, YS Rajasekhara, had offered 5 per cent reservations to Muslims in July 2004. But Andhra high court had struck down the move at the time.

Taking a cue from Andhra high court’s ruling, Buddhadeb Bhattacharjee’s decision will be challenged in Kolkata high court by a group of nationalist lawyers. The state BJP president, Rahul Sinha, has announced that the party supporters will stage state-wide agitations against the proposed reservations for Muslims from February 13 onwards. Sinha told newsmen in Kolkata that the party’s national president, Nitin Gadkari will be visiting West Bengal during the first week of March to spearhead the agitation. Strangely, within 24 hours of the Chief Minister’s announcement, the state food and supplies department has selected 63 Muslim candidates out of a total 317 (17.5 per cent) for government jobs.

It is a mixed a reaction over the release of much controversial film My Name Is Khan (MNIK) screened by Shahrukh Khan (SRK) throughout India. Report of retaliation came from every corners from Bangaluru to Baroda, Delhi to Dispur, Mumbai to Malda. But the media accomplishers of SRK tried their best to promote the film MNIK, obviously sponsored by "D" Company. Dawood Ibrahim is still in the controlling position in the Mumbai Film Industries known as Bollywood. The producer Karan Johar of MNIK is nothing but a puppet here.

The retaliating people in Malda spoiled the banner of MNIK in a Malda Show House and spate and urinated upon SRK posters. This report could not been able to space a little into any Big News House like Anandabazar or Statesman. But they tried their level best to compare SRK with Lord Shiva as the Maha Shiva Ratri and the Mega Release of MNIK occurred in a same day.

One pimp of SRK named Maduchanda Chakroborty in Dainik Statesman wrote : "Shibratrir dine 'Shib' pujor sange samantale challo 'Khan' pujo. Sahar kimba sahartolir pray protiti cinema hall, jekhanei 'My Name Is Khan' mukti payecge sekhanei hoyeche ei khan pujo. Protiti hallei sharuker galay deoa hoeche mala."

The most fanky ( fan+..?..ky) like Maduchanda can worship SRK. But how she dare to compare Lord Shiva with SRK ? She can eat beef or share the bed with SRK or to send her mother to the grand father of SRK, anything else she wishes, but she must hold her endevour to dilute the height of Lord Shiva. The retaliation of Malda can happen into the metropolitan roads of Kolkata also. Then it will be a difficult situation for you like people around. I am not a film critique. But must not be the same to discuss about MNIK or SRK, as the matter does not related with the content of the film at all.

When the heat of hallmarked 'Sing is King' was on in the multiplexes in India and abroad, the king-ships of Khans in Mumbai were challenged in a great extent as the Khan-nets and their big boss in Dubai understood it as a success of their rival Hindu-Sikh groups. It was an unbearable situation of the Islamists in Bollywood industries to see a fame of Indian-ness with a Hindu-Sikh brand of familiarization. Promptly a direction from the "D" company came to the devotee of Islam in the Mumbai Film Industries(MFI) to familiarize the Khan-ness of the Bollywood to the international community. This is the making of MNIK and re-crowning of SRK in MFI.

The long drawn process of 'Khan-Khana-Khan' to strengthen the grip of the Boss in Dubai, who spoiled a lot of Hindu actress to whistle his wishes, is nothing new to us. But the Hindu viewers are quite ignorant of this situation. As a result, standard-sub.standard-pre.standard, all the Khan bacchas want to be Amitav Bacchan. Everybody in Khans viz. Salman Khan, Shahrukh Khan, Ameer Khan, Fardeen Khan, Saif Ali Khan, Arrbaz Khan, Sohel Khan and so on deserve their hidden agenda to plan spoiling Ash to Amrita in many ways.

One scoundrel named Saif Ali Khan spoiled Amrita Singh for the years and divorced her with his two children and now throwing a spell of Islamic light upon Kareena Kapoor. What a bad luck to KK ! She is entering an ultimate process of tallaquk in Islam. The another hidden agenda of a Great Khan could not be materialized when Ash married an Avisekh of lower age to get rid of series of disturbance by that Khan. These stories are unfinished as the Islamic plans to encroach every sphere are enormous.

There was a time to disguise the name of Yusuf Khan to be a Dilip Kumar as hero. That was a different story. But now the Khans are overwhelming the MFI in every pride of Khans to allure the Hindu actresses and their girls are mysteriously absent in the Mumbai Film Industries now a days. Only two Muslim actresses are in the picture. Though both Katrina Kaif and Soha Ali Khan are of mixed blood. The days of Mamtaz, Saira Banu, Wahida Rehman, Nargis, Jeenat Aman, Parveen Babi are gone. "D" Company just restricted the entrance of Muslim girls into the Film Industries to make it as the play zone with Hindu girls by the Khan and other Muslim financers, producers, directors and actors. These Khan bacchas marry Sharmila, Gouri, Amrita, Madhuri and other Hindu girls, but never send their girls to Hindu families as a mark of so-called broadness of Islam.

Hindu cinema viewers do not understand this policy of making the Idealism of "Love Jihad" by promoting the trend of Hindu Girls from un-warranted Hindu Society by the Muslim romeos boosted by the Khans of Mumbai. Hindus should boycott these Khans and the idiotic fans like Madhuchanda. Congratulations for Malda activists who spate and kicked over SRK pics. KOLKATA, 8 Feb: On a day Andhra Pradesh High Court struck down job reservation for Muslims in the southern state, the West Bengal government announced a 10 per cent quota in employment for the community under the OBC category. The West Bengal government today declared the quota for the Muslims who were educationally, socially and economically backward in the state.
“We have decided to accept the recommendations of the Ranganath Mishra Commission and will take steps to implement it,” chief minister Mr Buddhadeb Bhattacharjee told newsmen at the state secretariat without waiting for the Centre's decision on the report.
He said like other states, there was reservation for SCs, STs and OBCs in Bengal. The government, he said, had begun the process of identifying Muslims who were educationally, socially and economically backward. The state already has 7 per cent reservation for OBCs. After identification, the intended beneficiaries would be provided reservation under the OBC category, the chief minister said.
Earlier in the day, a Constitution Bench of the Andhra Pradesh High Court struck down a state law providing 4 per cent reservation in educational institutions and jobs to 15 groups belonging to the Muslim community.
Soon after the court's order, chief minister Mr K Rosaiah directed Andhra advocate-general Mr DSR Murthy to file a special leave petition in the Supreme Court challenging the verdict.
“The state government is committed to providing 4 per cent reservation to backward class Muslims in the state,” Mr Rosaiah said in a statement. The court, in its order, set aside the state act and a subsequent 2007 government order allocating 4 per cent reservation to the Muslim groups in educational institutions and jobs.
Earlier, the state had moved a Bill in the Assembly on the basis of a report submitted to it by the Andhra Pradesh Commission for Backward Classes. The Bill was later passed by the Assembly. The report had recommended that the socially and educationally backward should be adequately represented in the state. A government order was issued on 7 July, 2007 providing for the quota to Muslim groups.
On 1 February, the ruling Left Front had endorsed the Ranganath Mishra panel recommendations for job reservation for minorities.
Left Front chairman Mr Biman Bose had said that reservation was essential for socially and economically backward Muslims and had ruled out that religion was a consideration.
The announcement for reservation comes ahead of elections to the Kolkata Municipal Corporation and 82 municipalities across Bengal in May-June this year in the run-up to next year's Assembly polls in the state.

It is a Clear Win of the Muslim Reservationists in Bengal. But the Hindu unemployed and poor CPIM cadres will surely reject Buddhadev Bhattacharya. Now its a definite defeat of the present Chief Minister in the next Assembly election. The disgusted Hindu electorates cannot be a mere onlooker of this situation. They always condemn the competition between Buddhadev Bhattacharya and Mamata Banerjee in the matter of Muslim reservation. But some questions are there to go through the situation.

Whether this reservation will ensure the all round development of Muslim society without a subtle planning of population control ?

Whether the madrasha education will make the Muslim boys to make competent enough to enter into a job or a higher profession ??

What is the mystery in CPIM to consider "Caste Struggle" is more vital than the "Class struggle" ???

When this competition of TMC and CIPM for the appeasement of Muslims will take an end in Bengal ????

Will Mamata Banerjee announce soon 25% reservation for Muslims in Railway services ?????

Why minority Hindus will not get the reservation facilities in three Hindu minority districts of Malda, Murshidabad and Uttar Dinajpur and 62 minority Hindu blocks in West Bengal as per 2001 census ??????

Why the Chief Minister post of West Bengal will not come under Muslim reservation ???????

Why Razzak Molla or Sultan Ahamed or Shiddikullah Chowdhury will not the Chief Minister of West Bengal ???????

Why 15% Hindu Lands and 15% Hindu girls will not be come under Muslim reservation ????????

Why this poor 10% Muslim reservation for about 30% Muslims in West Bengal ?????????

A WIN FOR HINDUS IN CALCUTTA HIGH COURT.

Hon’ble Calcutta High Court rejected the bail of Muslim Kidnapper who tried to legalize his mischievous marriage to a minor Hindu girl by illegal conversion.

HinduExistence Correspondent from KOLKATA : On Wednesday, 27th January,2010, the division bench of Justice Pinaki Chandra Ghose and Justice Prasenjit Mandal in Hon’ble Calcutta High Court rejected the bail plea of Aajit Ali who tried to legalize his mischievous marriage to a minor Hindu girl by illegal conversion.

The Government counsel and the Police pleader argued and demanded that a marriage with a converted Hindu girl of minor age is fully illegal even under ’shariat nikah’ when a minor Hindu girl cannot be converted into Islam under her whim without the consent of her parents.

Aajit Ali married a converted Moumita Chakroborty on 06th November last year, in her fifteen years age alluring someway after kidnapped Moumita from her residence at Daspur at East Midnapur, West Bengal. To fulfill his wish to enjoy a Hindu girl of minor age Aajit made a plot to convert Moumita into Islam without any consent of the parents of the kidnapped girl. Aajit claimed that Moumita is aged 19 and she is converted as Aziza. So Aziza Bibi is no more Moumita Chakroborty.

Getting no trace of his dauther, father of Moumita registered a FIR on 19th December 2009, to rescue her daughter from the grip of Aajit at an early date. Apprehending police in action, Aajit prayed an anticipatory bail in Calcutta High Court and the court ordered to appear both Aajit and Moumita in person on……. Aajit appeared in the court with a borquah clad Moumita to conceal her actual age. But some early reports from the newspaper made some confusions about granting the bail by the Hon’ble in favour of the offender.

The Government counsel Mr Ashimesh Goswami pleaded in the Hon’ble Court very strongly that according to law Moumita is well minor in age. Moumita a student of sixth standard of high school cannot exceed 14 or 15 years anyway. And a Hindu minor girl can never covert herself in other religion on her own in such a way. So the activities of Aajit is obviously illegal and of criminal nature.

Hearing both the parties, the respective Division Bench of Justice P C Ghose and Justice P Mandal rejected the bail plea of Aajit Ali.

Now, Police can arrest Aajit for his criminal nature and offences made against existing laws.

Mr Idrish Ali, the infamous personality to drive away Taslima Nasrin from Kolkata and the best friends of most dangerous Twaha Siddique and Imam Barkati, acted as the pleader of Aajit so that every Muslim get the right to convert Hindu minor girls with judicial sanction and be able to marry them under Muslim Personal Law for a huge gain and expansion of the Muslim Communal Society. Mr. Idrish Ali conveyed that he will go to the upper council to contest the matter if the order in question is not reconsidered.

Incidentally, it may be pointed out here that this Ali is a champion advocate for Muslim Reservation in West Bengal and actively fight and support for the cases in order to stop Hindu Pujas etc. as a benevolent counsel for fanatic Muslims.
