Why Mamata Banerjee distributed bicycles only to Muslim Girl students of West Bengal?

She is an MA in Islamic History from Calcutta University. She has an Islamic legacy indeed. With the help of International Islamic lobby, she capably changed the regime of 34 years old Left  Front Govt.  in West Bengal. Sky is not the limit as Allah has forbidden the sky and moon for human beings. Her destination is Islamic Bengal in West Bengal. Her logic, if West Pakistan was turned an Islamic state, why not West Bengal?  Once Mamta Banerjee claimed in Parliament that beef eating as a fundamental right. She loves Hijab and Islamic style of ‘pardha’. She and her Party TMC (TrinMool Congress, read Total Muslim Congress) are devoutly sacrificing for Islamic Cause to make Ma -Maati- Manush (Mother-Land-People), synonymous to Muslim Ma- Maati – Manush. Yes, got the great name of Miss (?) Mamata Banerjee, now mostly known as Mamtaz Baunu Arzee.

Claiming that the Trinamool Congress government in 16 months has fulfilled all its pre-2011 Assembly election commitments to the minorities, Chief Minister Mamata Banerjee said in a Govt.  function in Netaji Indoor Stadium on Wednesday 10-10-12 that it is giving utmost importance to minority welfare. Mamata Banerjee handed over bicycles to 34 Muslim girls studying in Madarsah (Quran School) in and around the city. Bicycles were also gifted to 760 other girls from minority schools in various parts of the city. “This is also a form of woman empowerment,” said the chief minister. She also disbursed aid under various schemes of the Minority Affairs and Madrasah Education Department and West Bengal Minorities Development and Financial Corporation. God knows how the women empowerment can happen in such a blatant deprivation with the  Hindu women and girls. Notoriously Mamtata Banerjee is dividing the society and even the students in tender ages with a filthy discriminatory method and hurt the Hindu girl students as they are not getting the by-cycles from the Govt. as they are not in Muslim community.

“I have kept the Minority Affairs Department in my hands because it is important for our government and requires continuous monitoring,” she said while addressing a gathering. Miss. Banerjee’s remarks are significant in view of the upcoming rural polls where the minority vote will be crucial. The scenario is filled with the heavy minority appeasement.

“Before the Trinamool Congress came to power, four lakh students were given loans and scholarships. We have increased this to 17 lakhs in 2011-12 and in the coming year we will extend the benefit to 22 lakh students,” Miss. Banerjee said

The budget of the Minority Affairs and Madrasa Education Department has been raised to Rs 1,000 crore, she said, pointing out that an additional budgetary allocation of Rs 350 crore has been made to the department.

She has also declared forthcoming establishments of  56 Muslim marketing hubs, where 56000 Muslims will get employments in coming days.

Mamata Banerjee  has already knocked the headlines by declaring Rs. 2500 pm as Imam Honorarium (now giving) and Rs. 1000 for Muazzins with other facilities, sanction of 10000 Madrashas in West Bengal, establishment of Aligarh Muslim University in WB, three Haj Towers in a row, huge loan and subsidy to the Muslim youths etc. etc.

Though Mamata Banerjee is habituated beating her own drum of success, most of the fund has come to West Bengal from Central Govt., through  the multi-sectoral development project (MSDP) for poor Muslim women, launched under the Prime Minister’s 15-point programme for minorities, which followed the Sachar report on so called Muslims’ plight.

As per the report available from Union minority affairs ministry , it is said that the state had received Rs 800 crore towards the scheme last year (20111-12) but will receive Rs 1,100 crore this year (2012-13).

She described her government’s decision to bring the minorities under the ambit of reservation by including them in the list of Other Backward Classes (OBC) as a major achievement. For fulfilling her desire Mamata Banerjee’s  Govt has also included Sheikh/Shaik (Sk.) Muslim community in the State OBC list and declared the matter publicly.

Of the 144 different categories who will benefit from the 17 per cent OBC reservation, 87 categories (59 in class A and 28 in class B) are Muslim minority, she said. See the calamity for Hindu OBC. only 57 Hindu communities are in OBC list and practically, they are the real minority in OBC people in West Bengal. What an Islamic charisma of Didi Mamtaz Banu Arzee.

“About 13-14 per cent reservation for OBCs the maximum will be for the Muslim minorities,” Miss Banerjee added.

She claimed the other achievement of her government related to minority welfare was the declaration of second language status to Urdu in areas where the Urdu-speaking population is more than 10 per cent.

Urging the people to maintain calm during the upcoming festivals, Miss. Banerjee warned those inciting communal tensions during the festivals. But, does not she know well that her Muslim brothers are the torch bearer of communal tensions in West Bengal ? Knowing fully well, she is telling a thing and doing another.

The Durga Puja festival (October 20-24) will be followed by Id-ul-Zuha on October 27, (2012) she said, adding that both are very important festivals for the State. Her intentions was readily available in reflections for allowing illegal cow trading/transport / holding market/ all for cow slaughter (all completely prohibited by Calcutta High Court) near Durga Puja Pandals must be allowed without hindrance.

Mamata Banrjee is now being as an Islamic tool of fulfilling Zinnah’s desire to keep Bengal out of Bharat. So, she is right to turn down the dream of Dr Shyama Prasad Mukherjee : West Bengal as a safe and secured land on Bengal Hindus. Shaking the hands of the descendants of the old Muslim Leaguers viz.  Nurar Rheman Barkati, Idrish Ali, Sultan Ahamed, Taha Siddique etc.,  Mamtaz Banu Arzee is rejuvenating the Muslim League’s activism in West Bengal again. The recentmarch to American Centre in Kolkata by the fanatic Muslims is a good example for promotion of Islamic activities in Mamata’s regime.

If we consider the distribution of bicycle only to Muslim girl students in front of the vacant look of the depriving Hindu girl students is simply an introduction of the sadist attitude of Mamata Banerjee, we can’t a give a full stop there as Mamata Banerjee has the blasting power with optimum  Islamic arrogance to destroy  total Hindu clan from West Bengal.

A BIGGER MOSQUE IN DIAMOND HARBOUR Cr COURT IS BEING CONSTRUCTED BY SDO DIAMOND HARBOUR VIOLATING EVERYTHING.

Why the Disputed Bigger Mosques in the premises of DH Criminal Court is being hectically constructed by SDO, Diamond Harbour?

In the earlier report of this site dated 23.12.2011, it was elucidated a nexus between an Islamist lobby and the Sub Divisional Officer, Diamond Harbour for a reconstruction of a bigger mosque with a provision of two stories erection instead of its earlier small tiled shade construction there. One can see this report of [http://bengalspotlight.blogspot.in/2011/12/diamond-harbour-adminstartion-and-tmc.html] of Islamic bullying under a prominent support of the bribed (?) SDO. Aggrieved with the situation one RTI Activist Mr. Haran Chandra Mondal  submitted his application on 23.12.2011  for the required information. The SDO replied to that application with so many contradiction, which reflects his misdeed and helped the construction including the concrete roof (earlier it was a tiled and asbestos shed) of the disputed mosque in the night of 13th and 14th January, when the Hindus were busy for their Makar Sankranti Celebration.

If any one can go through the text of reply by the SDO, Diamond Harbour vide Memo No. 40- Con. dated 20-01-2012, it must be found a serious mode of this great SDO, DH (Sri Koushik Bhattacharya, Mobile +919434755222, email: sdo.diamond.harbour@gmail.com) for the violation of every norms of the relevant sections of attracted rules and regulations and acrimonious prejudice to permit a Bigger Mosque in Diamond Harbour Criminal Court premises.  The reply of the SDO to Haran Chandra Mondal dated 20.01.12 as follows.

From above it is evident that the SDO, Diamond Harbour had to give the permission flouting all the norms only to make successful for his vowed construction a bigger mosque almost in front of his office. This Islamic lobbiest SDO does not know the sanctioned plan, budget for the construction, the old area and shape of the earlier mosques, nothing..., but he gave the permission to start a full reconstruction of that mosque in the name of simple renovation. WHY? 

Being desatisfied, the RTI activist Haran Chandra Mondal again applied for further information on 24/25-01-2012, but the SDO did not give any reply even flouting the norms RTI ACT, 2005 even.

In the latest application, Sri Mondal wanted to know:

(1) A. Under which provisions of respective law, act, rules and regulation you have given the permission “to renovate the existing mosque in a restricted manner so that the daily prayer can be continued as usual subject to no change as well as no vertical and horizontal expansion of the existing structure of the mosque.” [vide clause (e) of Memo No. 40-Con. Dt. 20/01/12]

B. In what circumstances the renovation permission was felt so exigent.

C. Whether you have enquired the present matter personally or through any of your subordinates before giving the permission in question. If so, please give a copy of that inquiry report.

D. Whether the permission was given verbally or written against any written prayer from the Mosque Committee or any other end. If any written permission is given so far from the SDO, Diamond Harbour for the present matter, copy of the same please be given along with the cause prayer of it.

E. Please give the length, breadth and height of the Mosque with “no vertical and horizontal expansion” for which you have given the renovation permission on 26.11.2011.

F. Whether you have taken any suggestion, consultation, expertise or approval from any right authority or designated person including Diamond Harbour Municipality.

G. Whether your permission for the mosque in question was annexed with any renovation plan, layout, budget etc. If so, please provide the copy/copies of the same.

H. What is the present status of the mosque in question.

(2) Whether any provision or provisions of the West Bengal Municipal Act, 1993 (West Bengal Act XXII of 1993) as amended by the West Bengal Municipal (Amendment) Act, 2006 has/have been flouted/contradicted/overlooked by you through giving the permission in question. 

(3) Whether you have violated any Verdict/Order/Direction of Hon’ble Apex Court including the order of Justice Dalveer Bhandari and Justice Mukundkam Sharma dated 31st July 2009 or others in the related matter or not. 

(4) Whether the Mosque in question is considered in Heritage Category under the West Bengal Heritage Commission Act, 2001 (West Ben. Act IX of 2001) read with section 23C of the West Bengal Municipal Act, 1993 or not. 

(5) Whether any type of special introduction/consideration/relaxation/ exemptions have so far been initiated for giving the renovation permission for the mosque in question.

Now it is clear that in what extent the permission of SDO, Diamond Harbour for the mosque in question was made illegal.

From the current of the happenings, it is assumed that the SDO, Diamond harbour has nothing to reply against his gross violation of his oath to his chair and his masked leagcy of his Islamic lobby. As far as the available report, the concerned RTI activists is less interestd to put any reminder to the irresponsible SDO than to go to the court of law. The illegal construction of the disputed mosque is in the full swing under the earnest supervision of  SDO Diamond Harbour (Sri Koushik Bhattacharya, Mobile +919434755222, email: sdo.diamond.harbour@gmail.com), incidentally a Brahmin by birth.

Raj Khanna from Diamond Harbour || December 23rd 2011 - Under some obnoxious connections of Diamond Harbour local administration and the Islamist groups active in the locality, a hectic process of reconstruction of a bigger Mosque than before is going on in the very protection of the concerned Govt. authorities violating many civic laws and the direction of the Hon'ble Supreme Court of India.

As per available reports, a RTI activist and local leader of Hindu Samhati, a prominent Hindu Organization in some parts of West Bengal put an application before Sub-divisional Officer (SDO), Diamond Harbour to look into the matter for its right and justified disposal of the same.

As per Order of the Hon'ble Supreme Court of India, all the religious structures/shrines are to removed in a time frame for some reasons as held by the bench of  Justice Dalveer Bhandari and Justice Mukundakam Sharma on 31st July 2009.

But, violating all the norms and the Order of the Supreme Court of India, the SDO Diamond Harbour has given the permission and helping the same to reconstruct a bigger Mosque in the premises of Diamond Harbour Criminal Court, with the help of some Muslim Group headed by one Raich Molla of Mandirbazar, South 24 Parganas. Sources said that this Raich Molla has an immense influence over the Diamond Harbour SDO and controls all the tenders etc. to see the interest of local Muslim businessmen and the unauthorized money market. Moreover, this Raich Molla has illegally occupied a portion of a land owned by a Hindu Religious Trust namely "GOPAL JUE TRUST" at Tirtha Kuthir, Hazi Building Para, Diamond Harbour.

This reporter has been able to capture the video footage before and after the demolition (for reconstruction purpose) of the impugned Mosque structure, from where it is evident that a bigger Mosque is going to be erected there with the help some mysterious Islamic funding to reconstruct the same very unlawfully. It has been alleged that a fund of  Rs. 10 lac has been given as bribe to manage the permission of the illegal construction of the mosque and the mosque will be reconstructed with another Rs 5 lac from that mystery source. As a matter of fact the Islamic Groups involved with illegal money market are funding huge amount to construct or reconstruct or to renovate the Mosque all over South 24 Parganas (all over West Bengal also).

The RTI and Hindu activist, Sri Haran Chandra Mondal wanted to know from the authority that :

"(a)        The actual size and type of existing Mosque in question and the proposed reconstructed size and type after reconstruction/renovation of the same.                          

 (b)        The name of the person and the authority who/that passed the related reconstruction/renovation plan of the Mosque in question.

 (c)         The cost of estimated budget for the reconstruction/renovation plan of the Mosque in question and the source to meet the cost.

 (d)        Whether the Sub Divisional Officer, Diamond Harbour has given any permission for the reconstruction/renovation work for the Mosque in written or verbally.

 (e)        Under whose order the Police contingents are guarding the illegal reconstruction/renovation work for the Mosque in question. (Photo enclosed)." 

As per Right to Information Act, 2005, the concerned authority is bound to give the available information within one month after submission of the application with due charges for the same.

It has been gathered that the President and Secretary of the Bar Association of Diamond Harbour Criminal Court, Mohammad Nurul Amin, Advocate and Sri Sudipta Chakroborty, Advocate, respectively are morally helping the Islamic group to erect a bigger Mosque under the Islamic dictum of Trinmool Congress party as they both holds position in the party to see the minority interest even at the cost of violation of rule of the land and the verdit of Hon'ble Supreme court of India.
